We are sorry to hear you don’t love your items. -Wrong size? Not satisfied with it? Does it qualify for a refund? We are happy to accept your returns, however please read our complete, “Return Policy” below.
RETURN POLICY
CLOTHING EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
- Due to our revolving inventory, we may not have your items to replace or in different sizes. We can ONLY offer you a store credit minus a 5% restocking fee, if received within 7 days, or post marked within 7 days after it was delivered. After 7 days up to 30 days there will be store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. Any items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and rejected.
- Items are returned/shipped from the buyer’s expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer paid shipping on return items.
- Tags must still be attached.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Any items with missing tags, worn, washed, deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, perfume odor, food odor, or any order including smoke will be refused.
HOW TO REQUEST A CLOTHING EXCHANGE/RETURN:
-Immediately contact us by email at: Retailbargainhunter@gmail.com and let us know why you want to return the item. If the item was the wrong size, doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like the item, let us know.
-We will then send you an email to print off and put with your return.
-We will allow a 7-day return from the day it was delivered, (deliveries are verified), for you to return the item. Therefore, to receive a store credit, the items must be in brand new condition and postmarked within 7 days after the item was delivered to be considered for a store credit for the amount paid minus the 5% restocking fee. If the item returned is over the 7-day recommended return
-Once we receive your return and verify it’s in brand new condition, (tags are still attached, items are unworn and unwashed and free from any odors we will provide you with a store credit minus the 10% restocking fee, (as described above.) Our store credits never expire!
-Any items that don’t fall under the guidelines will be sent back to the customer.
-If a customer has more than a 30% return rate, we may no longer accept returns and exchanges.- Items are returned/shipped from the buyer’s expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer paid shipping on return items. However, we suggest you add tracking to your items to protect you from any lost deliveries. We are not responsible for any deliveries not received without proof of tracking.
-We process returns within 5-7 days, once received.
ALL OTHER ITEMS (OTHER THAN CLOTHING) RETURN POLICY
-Exchanges are not accepted, due to our revolving inventory, we may no longer have the same items in stock. We will accept returns that are Sealed and in Brand New re-sellable condition. ALL Returns are subject to a store credit minus a 5% restocking fee, if received within 7 days. The 7 days must be post marked from the date of delivery. If received after 7 days up to 30 days there will be store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. Any items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and rejected.
