CLOTHING RETURNS

First things first, drop us a line at Retailbargainhunter@gmail.com to let us know why you're looking to return an item. Wrong size, not feeling it, or just didn't hit the mark – give us the scoop.

You'll get an email from us with a printable attachment to include with your return.

You've got a 7-day window from the delivery date (we'll verify this) to send back the item. To score store credit, make sure it's in pristine, brand-new condition, postmarked within 7 days after you received it. This will give you a store credit minus a 5% restocking fee. If you're a bit late but still within 30 days, it's still in store credit territory, just with a 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is in our hands and it's all good (tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and odor-free), we'll slide you a store credit minus the 10% restocking fee mentioned earlier. And here's the bonus: our store credits never fade away.

Any items veering off from these guidelines? We'll have to politely send them back your way.

Important heads up: If you're hitting a return rate of over 30%, we might have to pause on the whole returns and exchanges gig.

As for the nitty-gritty of return shipping, it's on you. Shipping charges aren't refundable, and we don't cover return shipping costs. Tracking your return is a wise move to ensure it's not MIA on its way back to us.

Oh, and once your return reaches us, we're on it – processing within a snappy 5-7 days.
ALL OTHER ITEMS (NON-CLOTHING) RETURN POLICY

We don't do exchanges, mainly because our inventory is always shifting. But we're game for returns on sealed and brand-new, resale-worthy items. Returns will get you a store credit minus a 5% restocking fee within 7 days, postmarked from the delivery date. If it's between 7 and 30 days, the store credit comes with a 10% restocking fee. Anything beyond 30 days? Sorry, we won't be able to accept it.

And similar to our clothing policy, shipping charges aren't refundable, and we don't offer prepaid shipping on return items.

Items must be sealed and in re-sellable condition for us to accept the return.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you happen to get an item that's not up to par, shoot us an email pronto at retailbarggainhunter@gmail.com. Include pictures of the damage, and we'll sort things out right away.
